Thanks for the post.

Please install any packet capture tool like wireshark in Netflow analyzer server and capture the flows for 10 mins and send the packet capture output to netflowanalyzer-support@manageengine.com. We will analyze this issue and get back to you. Also send us the problematic device IP.
