- Go to Settings-->Netflow-->Raw Data and set the "Raw Data=ON" and "Redirect last 2hr to Aggregated = OFF". Save it and wait for 5 minutes.
- Go to Inventory-->Interfaces and click on the required interface. Click on Fill view.
- Select "Last hour" in the calendar and scroll down to "Application" section. Select "Grid" view.
- Click on "Show Ports" beside Unknown_App and now you can add mapping.
