Re : NBAR2 APP is showing not data found

Hi

Thank you for writing to us. For the NBAR2 app to populate in the NetFlow Analyzer UI, you have to configure the device to export the NBAR information to NetFlow Analyzer server.

If you have configured your Device to export the NBAR information in the flow packets and still facing the issue, please login to the NetFlow Analyzer UI and navigate to Setting -> Storage Setting -> Raw Data Setting and make sure that you Turn ON the RAW Data and select the Retain Raw Data for atleast 1 hour and make sure that the check box named Redired Last 2 Hours to Aggregated is unchecked and click OK.

Wait for an hour and check if you can see the NBAR2 data in the NetFlow Analyzer UI.
