Re : Login issue after upgrading Netflow Analyser

HI,

Thank you for writing to us. Please follow the below steps and check the issue. 
  1. Stop the netflow analyzer service.
  2. Delete the folder named netflow under <NetFlow>\webapps
  3. Delete the folder named logs under <NetFlow>
  4. Grant chmod 777 permissions to entire <Netflow> directory
  5. Start the netflow analyzer service and check the issue.
