Hi ,

Thank you for writing to us. It seems that you are not running the upgrade as an Administrator and that is the reason you are facing the issue. Please follow the below steps and check on the issue:

1. Stop the NetFlow Analyzer service.
2. Under Start -> Accessories Right click Command prompt  and click as  run as Administrator and navigate to NetFlow_Home/bin.
3. Execute UpdateManager.bat and check on the issue.
