Thank you for writing to us. Kindly restart the Netflow Analyzer service once and check if it helps. If it doesn't, kindly follow the below steps and update us -
1) Connect to the URL " http://serverip:(port_number)/netflow/jspui/runQuery.jsp "
2) Execute the Query
Select * from NetFlow_Router and Select * from NetFlow_interface, send us the screenshot of it.
