Hi Andy,
Thank you for writing to us. We do not have any option to upgrade NetFlow Analyzer to the build 9800. The only upgrade path is available is for the build 9860. Please restore the directory backup that you have take before the upgrade and follow the below steps to start NetFlow Analyzer with the old build:
1. Rename the existing folder as NetFlow_old.
2. Restore the Directory backup.
3. Open Command prompt as Administrator and navigate to NetFlow_Home/bin and execute na_service -r first and then na_service -i.
4. Start the NetFlow Analyzer service.
